I had a working training last week, which gave me the perfect excuse to pack a delicious bento box lunch full of nutritious foods. I packed my bento with:
- Turkey and Muenster sandwich
- Mixed greens and feta salad
- Rainier Cherries
- Carrot sticks
- Vinaigrette Dressing
- Trail mix and chocolate
- Rice Cakes

Oooh, love the idea of a piece of good chocolate with the trail mix, and the rice cakes. I’ve got the veggies and main meal down, but I am struggling finding good carb and quick protein options for snacking. Thanks for the ideas!

The deli near my place makes turkey & Muenster sandwiches, but they are so expensive that I can’t bring myself to get one more than once in a month. I’ll have to start making my own to get my fix!
