Blog name possibilities – update

Alright readers, I’ve managed to come down to two different possibilities for a new blog name.  As I mentioned last week, I want the new name to somehow incorporate the word “smiles” to reflect both a positive outlook on life, and the amazing difference a smile can make in one’s appearance.  Several variations were already taken, but I’ve come up with two that I love, and that both have .com addresses available.

Smiles Go With Everything – (I’ve actually already bought this domain, but I haven’t decided if I’ll use it for my blog yet).  This was one of my earliest ideas and is still one of my favorites.  I like how it captures the philosophy so beautifully.  It does create a somewhat long address, but it’s also very memorable.

Diana Lynn Smiles – I like the idea of incorporating my name, and I think it makes for a sweet title.  It makes for a slightly shorter address, which can be useful.  There are other blogs out there with Lynn in the name, but I don’t think that would be a serious problem.

So readers, help me decide!  Which is your favorite?

  1. I like the Smiles Go With Everything one! If you are focusing on fashion than it combines the same and that nod to a look too. Sounds perfect to me!

  2. I agree with ShopKim and for the same reason that it sounds more like a fashion blog name.

As a kid the lady next door used to say I had a nice smile, and I’d wrinkle up my nose at her. She’d say “A Sunny Smile lights a million miles!”

  3. I agree with everyone else! But especially since you’ve said it’s your favorite, and it seems like it’s stuck with you all this time– that’s the true test of a good name. I love it!

  4. I prefer the first one for a blog that it’s ment to be about fashion.
The second one is very good but makes me think of a blog about your perspective about various subjects.
