Musings Dress in Red $98 (Anthropologie)
I tried on this dress in gray in a medium and it fit like a dream. If I had seen the red in the store, I probably would have broken my budget. I’m exercising so much restraint to not buy this right now.
Catalina Bolero $118 (Anthropologie)
This little wool jacket is so gorgeous, and it looked great when I tried it on. But I wonder at the practicality of buying a 3/4 sleeve wool jacket when I live in Florida. It would still be awesome to have this for the few cold days we do get here.
Silk Cotton Dress $128 (Boden)
I’m really craving some 3/4 sleeve dresses lately, and this is by far my favorite one. The materials are good, the colors are nice, and I know Boden has good quality.
Leather Gloves $49.50 (J Crew)
Technically I could afford this by spending one month’s $50 free day on them. But it only gets cold enough for gloves about five days a year here. Still, they make me swoon. And they’re lined with silk.
Cashmere Shawl Popover $188 (J Crew)
While we’re at it, I really want a cashmere sweater. Sigh.

Hi and welcome! I'm Diana, and this is my blog, Smiles Go With Everything. As the title suggests, I write about a little bit of everything, but the majority of my focus is on style and sustainability and how the two interconnect. In between are sprinklings of baking, gardening, crafting, and whatever I feel like sharing.

That bolero is DIVINE. I’m sure you could find a way to work it around Christmas … or whenever it dips below 50 degrees down Florida way!
I absolutely love that little wool jacket! It’s funny, I was thinking of how it wouldn’t work in my wardrobe because it’s too COLD for 3/4 length sleeves- guess that happens with polar opposite climates!
