You are smart to try to knock out your debt! I have a similar spreadsheet (except my rent is $1k more than yours and I have a significant amount going towards cat food, litter, dry food for the outside cats and a petsitter to brush my indoor cats - like a true catlady).

I've been keeping mine on Google Docs and then just emailing my gmail whenever I spend something so when I log in I can search for "budget" and then apply it to the spreadsheet.

Thankfully I'm now debt-free but I am trying to save more money.

[...] plan right now is to take the month of January off from any type of ban. I’ll still have my regular budget, but no restrictions on what I can buy. I feel like I just need a short break from restrictions [...]

You are doing so well. I have budgets made up like that, but they never get filled in. I need to take a leaf (or a branch!) our of your book!
