I saw one similar to yours at Target, but didn't buy it since I have waaaay too many puff-sleeve blouses already, lol! For some reason I think they have a sort of edgy appeal, in that they can be paired with quite indie-leaning separates ... kind of that Built By Wendy look, you know? I especially like the white bands on the sleeves of your blouse. I loves me a puff-sleeve blouse!
