I LOVE thgis look! It is not schoolgirlish (is that a word lol) at all with the button down inder. I also like hoe the shirt sleeves are peeking out from the cap sleeve of the dress. I try to avoid cap sleeves due to arm issues, but they are so popular now that it is hard to do. I will definatley be using this idea!
